Energy levels after dinner

    For my two-group design I chose to go with how exercise helps with energy. For my two-group design I will include a control group that does not exercise and have them report how much energy they experience after dinnertime. Two-group design IV: Exercise Level 1: Control group: No exercise Level 2: Experimental group: Exercise DV: Energy levels after dinner In my factorial design I will include other variables that can also have an effect on energy such how many meals that are consumed in a day are healthy, as well as what age group they fall under.
