Enhancement Plan for Organizational Capacity and Effectiveness

Order Description As an organizational leader, you have been requested by senior management to enhance your organization’s capacity and effectiveness. First, assess your organization in terms of the alignment of its beliefs/values, vision, and mission, as well as overall organizational direction. Based on this evaluation, as well as understanding that all organizations are capable of improvement, develop and propose a minimum of five recommendations that could be implemented to enhance organizational capacity and effectiveness.
