Ethical Order Description   Ms. S. is a 21 year old young woman status post multiple liver transplants. Her liver failure began when she was 13. She has undergone two liver transplants. The first one failed three years after the transplant. She is on numerous immunosuppressive medications and states her quality of life is poor and she doesn’t want to live like this anymore. She has decided to stop all of her medications. Discussion: What assessment is necessary of Ms. S and her family?
