ETHICAL ISSUES AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE

Describe in sufficient detail to let me know that you understand the following: 1. What are the biggest ethical issues facing police officers today? (There is no limit, but the minimum is 5) 2. If you were an officer (or are), what would you (do you) do to keep yourself from engaging in unethical practices? 3. At what point do you draw the line between unethical behavior and just good old fashioned police work? 4. If an officer acts outside his/her ethical bounds, but as a result is able to solve a serious crime, should that officer be sanctioned for his/her unethical behavior?
