  Identify and discuss, in detail, the legal and regulatory issues common to the human services profession. Discuss how risk management strategies might alleviate or avoid the risk of these issues. Develop a plan for how you might implement these risk management strategies in your own practice. Evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies.
