a. Ethics Paper: One paper for this course. Sixty (60) available points. The two (2) page paper in APA format will be due on Week 13. The topic will cover a medical
related Ethical dilemma as outlined in a current (5 years or sooner) professional journal selected by the student. The students are to submit information about the
selected article to the instructor via MyCourses due on Week 11. (Ex. HIPPA, access to care, etc.)
Professional journals and national newspapers may be used. Sources with questionable references (Ex. Wikipedia) are not to be used. Submit Ethics paper via
‘MyCourses’. The LSUE Nursing Program Standards for Written Work and Electronic Platform Assignments Ethics Paper rubric must be followed to receive full credit on the
paper. Refer to Ethics Paper Rubric, posted in the N1000 course, for grading criteria of this paper.
N1000 Fall 2017 Ethics-based paper. 60 points available. Paper is 4 pages long (cover sheet, 2 pages of essay, reference page).
