Ethnicity.

          The focus of this week is on ethnicity. It is a social construct and often part of an individual's identity. Ethnicity includes, but is not limited to, shared language, shared history, a religious or spiritual tradition, and may include common values. Name and describe an individual who is an example of ethnic leadership and how the person exhibits leadership within that ethnicity.
