  Class: Food and Culture Design a small project that applies qualitative research methodologies to investigate some cultural aspect as it pertains to food and/or eating in New Jersey or your local area ifyou are somewhere outside New Jersey. Then write a report describing your methods and findings. apply some ofthe concepts covered in the course. The aim of this assignment is to have you use some of the qualitative methodologies employed by anthropologists and gather some data that relates to one or more issues we cover in the course. In other words, you should use observation, participant observation, and interviews to learn more about some cultural aspect of life in New Jersey or local area. The definition of culture is very broad, so you have a lot offreedom as to what it is you can research.
