Evaluating Team Performance Project description Evaluate a team in an organization of your choice(Please use AT&T), using the evaluation tool developed( I will provide this) Incorporate processes and approaches similar to an evaluation conducted by a quality award team. Address all of the aforementioned areas of team performance. Your evaluation must be both descriptive and prescriptive regarding the teams current state. Include a summary of recommendations for the teams continual improvement and learning. Consider how the evaluation tool could be improved to allow for continuous improvement based on the findings of this application. The end goal is to provide a more efficient or effective application when the tool is used again. Write a paper of 1,050 words, presenting the evaluation tool, the evaluation results, and recommendations. Include the evaluation tool as an appendix to the paper.
