Evidence-Informed Practice in Education

    Order Description   You are asked to identify, appraise and critically evaluate the range of resources used in evidence-based practice. The paper is expected to be an analytical report rather than descriptive and essay style, and you are asked to reflect on and analyse the use of evidence to inform teaching practice.   Which EIP resources are most favourable to an education context? How these resources compare/contrast with evidence used in other fields. How can educators gain access to reliable and valid research evidence? What types of evidence are available – identify strengths and limitations. Identify potential barriers to the use of research evidence and how they are overcome.
