Evidence on the Effectiveness of this section of the ACA

  This is the most important part of your critical analysis of your section of the ACA. You want to show here as a group that the policy was written based on results from clinical studies describing that it had already been shown to be effective at improving health outcomes in clinical studies prior to ACA enactment. In order for the writers of the ACA to use this evidence from the literature the studies had to be published prior to 2010 when the ACA was written and enacted. As a group provide evidence from clinical studies published prior to 2010 showing results that this particular intervention in your section of the ACA has been shown to be effective at improving US health care and patient outcomes. Provide at least two clinical studies published prior to 2010. If there is no evidence on the effectiveness of this intervention in this policy then provide opinions from experts who discussed this intervention in the literature prior to 2010.
