interests you. It must have a "Factual Information" chapter.

Open the PDF file. Review the "Factual Information" chapter (do not review the Analysis, Conclusions, or Recommendations chapters) of the Full Report (not the Summary).
Then analyze and evaluate the human error aspects of the accident by creatively applying the data analysis tools of the Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS).
