Experienced a rolling black out (loss of electricity)

  Assume that you are planning and managing an outdoor summer food festival and working with food concessionaires. This summer has been unusually hot. You have just experienced a rolling black out (loss of electricity) and believe that the local water and refrigeration may be affected. As the Event Manager: How would you handle the situation? What methods would you use to ensure that your attendees are safe? What issues would you bring up to your food concessionaires? From a risk management perspective, what is your greatest worry?
