This is a focus on the connect of performance management on relational coordination dimension. To see what aspects of performance management impacts relational coordination dimension to either positive, negative, influence and so on. The performance management is the process along the year that focus on managing individual and aligning their goals with organization, develop and train them and assess and evaluate their performance. So, the individual perception is significant of the process to illustrate their thoughts of justice in the process. Because performance management usually lead to high competition where on the relational coordination is more of cooperation in accordance to task integration. The attached file illustrate more. Performance management has many definitions however the over all is referring to managing individual. So it is suggesting to touch on this. And how justice category is connected. I can say that procedural justice focuses on the process embedded in policies of training , goal setting , aligned and so on. Intersectional justice goes on the performance review and interaction hierarchy relation , national culture. Distributive justice is the outcome or reward, permission , career development. This is my suggestion but to give you an idea. Since we talk about individual we also look to culture of power diastase and individualism and other elements.
