Export of olive oil from Spain to the Philippines

When we received the first draft last 19 Sept, we initially requested the writer to revise the paper because it discusses different topic from what we have conveyed during subscription which is a business plan of a company to export Spanish olive oil to the Philippines (please find attached Word file of business plan – contents and formats). Instead of an export company, the writer wrote a business plan for an olive tree farming.

When the second draft came, we reviewed the first five pages of the version 2 draft report (please find attached pdf file of Draft v2.). We reviewed only five pages of the report because we discovered a lot of inaccuracies (please see attached Word file of Draft Comments v.2) and we believe more errors would be discovered in the remaining 34 pages if we continued doing it.
the business plan that we have received is not formal, academic and coherent
some phrases were copied and pasted
honestly, it’s the whole business plan that has issue. if only an experience writer seen and read it, he would know that most of the contents are not academically acceptable.
could you please ask the new writer to check and review the initial business plan?
I will forward to you the email exchanges
can i have your email?
When we reviewed the business plan, we found a lot of correction within the first five pages and we didn’t bother to complete checking the rest of the pages as it would be a waste of time and frustrating to see those mistakes and errors
We would rather like your experience writer (of a business plan) to check and review the overall content and revise as necessary
