The consortia (team) also known as Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) is to prepare an Expression of Interest (EOI) for a Melbourne Metro Lines 2 and 3 (see diagram below) as part of a large Metro infrastructure which will add 8 stations and several kilometres of tunnelling to the current ongoing
Line 1 (9Kms and 5 Metro stations) recently procured and currently under construction as a Public-Private Partnership (PPP). Tunnel and 8 stations for Metro Lines 2 and 3 are part of a future multi-billion $AUDs, adding to the current initiative $10.9 Billion $AUDs. Melbourne Metro Line 1 currently being built.
Melbourne Metro Lines 2 and 3 (Airport) are future lines currently being discussed at the City Melbourne. Opening of those lines and stations is expected to take place in the years leading to 2030 – after completion of Melbourne Metro line one by 2026.page1image51536896
Fisherman’s Bend Station was chosen. Our underground station will have art panel, shops and a supermarket. We will also develop for site around and above the station. There will be an amusement park , one 15-storey hotel and 12-storey shopping mall.
