Facility Stakeholders

You are in the process of designing a new facility, develop a list of 8 different stakeholder groups you would need to engage in order to have a holistic, informed, well-funded, and practical design for each of the following facilities.
• The one and only YMCA in a city of 250,000 people
• A collegiate recreation center at a public, state institution in the SEC Conference
• A professional hockey team arena, in a small market city/state
To get full credit:

1. Label each stakeholder based on their type: Customer/users (C/U), Internal
   Constituents (IC), or External Constituents (EC)
2. The stakeholder list for each project needs to include 1 stakeholder from each
   group type.
3. Include a 1 sentence statement for each individual stakeholder as to why they
   would be important for each particular project.
