    1. What is meant by a “peaceful transition of power” in regards to the US democratic process? How is this best accomplished? Do current elected officials have an obligation to this notion and if so, how do they best go about getting their supporters to follow this? Look at the events that transpired on January 6th, 2021. Was this good or bad? How could this be prevented? What did the events occur? Should events like that be prevented in the future and how could this be done? Should the protection of the transition of power be a priority to elected officials? Why or why not?
