Finding Common Ground

My paper doesn't match my project requirement enough. My paper should be write like the "sample of a paper" which I have uploaded as an additional material. It should be written as 5 paragraph: 1. Introduction, background, and thesis 2. The first stakeholder 3. The second stakeholder 4. The comparison, and try to find common ground or compromise by these two stakeholder 5. Conclusion This is what the paper should be. And my paper (Paper 2 intermediate draft) was also written by you guys, but it is not that good and doesn't meet my paper requirement. I hope that my paper just write like the sample. If it is too hard to editing, you can rewrite it and I am willing to pay the price as writing a new paper.
