Go to a Chinese restaurant or online (in Hillsborough County, Florida) and review the menu. Give an example of one entrée that reflects the traditional fare - detailing the main ingredients. Then provide one item/entree on the menu that reflects Westernization or incorporation of nontraditional fare. Describe the difference. Section 2: 1.
