FOOD, WINE AND FESTIVAL TOURISM IMPACT Order Description Case Study Analytical Report Topic: Understanding the impacts of food/wine tourism Students are required to evaluate “why”, “to what extent”, and “how” the specific food/wine tourism attraction example (i.e. food/wine festivals, food/wine trails, food/wine-related activities) was successful or failed in achieving each type of tourism impacts across the lecture topics In the “discussion” section, students need to: ** Address the literature (using references presented in the lecture notes and other readings) in regard to different types of tourism impacts, ** Give specific example of food/wine tourism attractions ** Critically analyse key strategies used in food/wine example(s) for achieving the positive or negative outcomes. ** Make recommendations for future improvement of the food/wine attraction example.
