Foster Care

Foster Care Embedded Assessment: You have been asked to help design a new foster care system in the State of Florida, United States. Your job will be to come up with a proposal about necessary and developmentally-appropriate services for youth. Develop a plan that outlines how you would tackle this task. Focus on the following: 1) Developmental pathway(risk/resilience), 2) Children's developmental needs, 3) Attachment needs such as caregiver characteristics, 4) Cultural needs, and 5) Contextual factors such as living conditions and school. Be creative and innovative! Your proposal should be supported by current research findings.
