My experience working as part of my team was very positive; everyone was very collaborative in their approach which meant ideas were exchanged easily amongst all participants making sure everyone had a say during our meetings when discussing potential photographs we could select together as well as individual tasks people could take on outside meeting times to help us reach our goal successfully together before our deadline date arrived.. 7. I felt that myself and others contributed greatly towards each meeting with valuable input regarding what photographs we should choose based on criteria such as visual appeal, cultural relevance etc., we discussed any issues or challenges encountered along the way so solutions could be found quickly without delaying progress too much.. 8 .My own personal successes included staying focused throughout all meetings despite distractions happening continuously around me which enabled me to finish my task within given timeframe also making sure everybody else got encouragement they needed when struggling understand something being discussed during discussions which helped build trust within group dynamic further enhancing overall productivity & effectiveness positively.. 9 My personal contributions outside meetings mainly involved research into different aspects such topics related title photography so I had more knowledge about material going through during class sessions, researching further general information related topic itself even though wasn't directly relevant assignment brief but gave better understanding how lives changed since then adding more depth discussion points shared amongst whole group.. 10 Fostering constructive climate mainly consisted keeping morale high whenever hit roadblocks finding solution also encouraging quieter voices speak up if wanted express opinion regardless whether agreed not allowing everybody equal opportunity participate enabling mutual respect remain focus rather than starting arguments wouldn't lead anywhere productive end result wise.. 11 Responding conflicts within group started getting open honest talking underway firstly setting ground rules behaviour expected agreeing ways resolving disagreements peacefully compromising when necessary coming outcome satisfying both sides taking account feelings parties involved saw best results achieved time allowing us get back normal routine without breaking bond formed earlier stages project process... 12 Overall learnt great deal successful teamwork skills will help implement future projects real life situations ensuring smooth running operations whatever situation might arise frequently checking progress ensure objectives remain primary focus goal successful completion credit being shared among entire group showing value collaboration teamwork achieving success outcomes desired no matter how difficult challenge may seem start off with
