Examining how media (art, music, television, movies, poetry) represent the following issue: Gender differences in the workplace. Use only one media form (e.g., music or movies, not music and movies) with multiple examples, considering a particular genre and time period.
So for example, if you are interested in one of gender differences in the workplace (e.g., earnings gap) or one of the theories of inequality in the workplace, your paper would present the topic from sociological and/or feminist perspective (including references), then explore how that topic is represented in particular songs, poetry, art, movies, or television.
Be sure to include the words of any songs, poems, and scans of art work used.
