Gender-specific demographic and socioeconomic determinants of asthma prevalence

  Analysis on NHANES data must be done in R and final document must be written in R Markdown. Literature review regarding NHANES data and Asthma. Please include all code written either in final rmarkdown file or in a separate file. Student handbook file included below gives details of what is needed (Pages 5 and 6), as does Instructions file. Sections to possibly include in analysis: Subsetting of NHANES data Reconstructing dataset and renaming of all relevant variables Dealing with missing values Several types of models including Linear regression, Logistic regression, Machine learning, neural networks, random forest If suitable: Linear discriminant analysis, quadratic discriminant analysis, K nearest neighbours etc. If these are not suitable could explain why.
