The purpose of the individual paper is to demonstrate the student’s understanding of how the concepts found in business strategy are used in the real world. One of the best ways of doing this is to utilize business examples found in companies that apply business strategy tools in order to enhance decisionmaking and gain a competitive advantage. The student should identify such a company and describe how business strategy is used within the organization. The student is given a great deal of flexibility in describing how the company utilizes business strategy and how they would analyze the success or failure of the company in this effort. The company can be either a public or private organization. The paper should be at least ten (10) pages in length, utilizing proper citing for any sources used. The paper is due as stated in the
revised schedule.
