What was the purpose of the study?
What was the research design and method?
What were the variables studied? Were they clearly defined? How did the researcher measure the variables?
Does the study provide sound data conclusions that could guide nursing practice?
Discusses strengths and weaknesses of the study.
What type of clinical nursing decisions might be guided by this study?
How might you, as a student, apply this research to your clinical practice now?
