Global HRM Case Study 2 Order Description   a continuation of the Case Study Part 1. For this assignment, as an HRM consultant to the Brunt Hotels, you are required to create a recruitment PowerPoint presentation (PPT) to be presented at the company’s annual staff meeting. In addition, you need to create a one-page advertisement for the new hotel manager position in France. Instruction: Your assignment should cover the following two items: Compensation Package PPT: Design a comprehensive compensation package including salary, benefits, and other incentives to attract the most qualified internal candidates for the company’s international hotel management position. Use the benchmark salary information listed in the Case Study. Explain the rationale for your design. Job Advertising: Considering the Brunt Hotels’ core values, design a one-page advertisement for the new international hotel manager position to be distributed to the existing company employees. The advertisement should include the main job responsibilities, the required skills, and the advantages of working in France as an expatriate in this position. Key Components Checklist: 1. Introduction. Provide the purpose and an overview of your PPT presentation; 2. Compensation package PPT; 3. Job advertising. The one-page advertisement should be in Microsoft Word file and submitted in your assignment folder together with your PPT file; 4. Conclusion. Restate the key points and summarize the main takeaways of your PPT presentation; 5. References. Format Requirements Checklist: Length: 6 to 8 slides, not counting the Title, References, and Appendix slides. The point of having a slide count is for you to practice delivering your message within a time limit, which is usually the case in the business world; Title slide: the title of your PPT, your name, the course name/number, and the date of submission; Section titles: Label the key components with section titles in PPT; APA: Use in-text citations in slides and include a References list in APA format. To ensure the academic integrity, all images used in your PPT should be cited including royalty-free, public domain, and clip art images; Design: You may use any background, font, color theme in your PPT and advertisement. Efforts in visual presentation enhancement are recognized and encouraged; PPT note: Not required to use the PPT notes area but could be used for practice purpose; Job Ad: one page, single-space, Time New Roman font (12pt, black).
