  The global workplace is more dynamic now than ever. Today's global workplace is faced with various challenges and opportunities, which HR professionals and businesses need to understand and navigate. For this discussion forum, please identify an organization that does not have a global presence but might consider "going global" in the next few years. Then, do the following: Provide details about this organization (i.e., mission, values, product/services, etc.). Explain organization-specific benefits of "going global."
