Governmental Resources

    One interesting point about this scenario is that there may be a lack of governmental resources and standards that contribute to these living conditions. Chances are that if the children are working, they are usually doing so in addition to the parents, and not instead of the parents. Which laws are governing U.S. companies who do business in third world countries? U.S. laws or local government laws ?
