    Habitat for Humanity Greater Vancouver.       Habitat for Humanity is a not-for-profrt organization with the mission of mobilizing volunteers and community partners in building affordable housing and promoting homeownership as a means to breaking the cycle of poverty. Essentually, they build homes for low-income families- For my OMP I plan on developing a build strategy for the organization- The strategy would be based on the different build technologies avaiilable and also based on the number of units to be built- For example, If habitat was to build 10 townhomes, what would be the best construction approach? building from scratch? pre-faricated options? etc- Or, if habitat were to build a 30 unit apartment building, what would be the best construction approach? What build technologies are available to provide the best value?
