Choose ONE essay topic and then develop a thesis and body paragraphs with direct quotes – if,
for example you choose A, a thesis might be “ The two female characters play in the play are both victims:
Gertrude is a victim of her own ambition whereas Ophelia is a victim of the ambition of others.” You also need
to provide explanation – point form and direct quotes that you will use to support the thesis. There are many
other thesis options for a thesis depending on the topic you choose – as is, this does not meet rubric
requirements. See the attachment. I suggest re-submitting the Outline, as well as sending me a draft of the
essay before submitting it for evaluation.
