Head skills

    Provide a doctoral writing posting. Please provide at least a 250-word response, utilizing references from the text and/or supplemental reading. In the readings for this learning module, the authors talked about the importance of recognizing knowledge, skills, and experience (aka head skills) within the individuals who work in an organization. Clearly, to be effective these are still very important objectives. Based on what you have read, describe specifically what the pursuit of this type of skill set is all about. Why is it important? How will you know it when you see it?
