Draft an outline of your institution’s policy on patient confidentiality and your plan for staff education. Additionally, answer the following questions with regard to your outlined plan:
a. How does your confidentiality policy compare with other health care institutions?
b. How will you ensure that your policy complies with HIPAA regulations?
c. What consequences will result from employees violating such a policy?
