Everyone has experienced health care systems and processes such as getting a prescription filled with a pharmacy, a doctor’s office reception check-in process, or some other health care event. Reflect on your experience and describe why you think the system or process needs a systems redesign. Given what you have learned in the readings and presentations of this module, how would you redesign the system or process and how do you believe your redesign would improve the process or system?
