Healthcare Management

  Select one of the healthcare management opportunities encountered in a previous performance assessment during your Healthcare Management program. You will then select one of four professional lenses through which you will frame the deliverable. You will conduct research and analysis to support your recommendations to help the selected healthcare organization overcome the opportunity identified. You will identify and justify recommendations to help improve the healthcare organization—from the conception of an idea all the way through implementation.
