Create a hypothetical high performance team or research a high performance team (i.e., a professional sports team, workplace, etc.) in an area of interest to you. Describe in detail what the team is tasked to do and to what the outcome was/needs to be. Identify the strengths and weaknesses of each member and how those strengths benefited the end result. Identify how the other members' weaknesses could have been or will need to be mitigated to make the team more effective.
