Q1. In 100 words Learning Activities, specifically the Better Health Channel: "Weight Loss- A Healthy Approach" web link, explain how their methods match or differ from your own weight management techniques. The following questions are suggestions of information that you can include in your post.• How might yo-yo dieting affect your health and weight?• When and why do you overeat?• Do you exercise?o If so, do you engage in exercise in a healthy manner? Q2. Every question should answer with 1-2 sentences. 1. Make an effort to determine your percent body fat. You can check your weight on a scale or via a BMI chart, but to get a good body fat assessment, you will need to seek out some more precise methods. If you contact a health promotion, nursing, or physiology program on your campus, you may be able to get your body composition assessed for free by way of skinfold calipers, hydrostatic weighing, or electrical impedance. These programs often need volunteers as subjects to train learners on using the devices or as subjects for faculty/student research. If you are given the opportunity to get one of these assessments, ask if you can come back in six to nine months after you start an exercise program. You might find the results interesting. 2. Do the weight management math and look into the future. Using the skills, you learned. calculate the calories you get from foods you eat, each day for a three-day period. Calculate the average for the three days. Project that value to age 50. Then determine the caloric needs for someone of your gender and activity level at age 50. If eating habits stay the same, how many extra calories will you generate per day, per week, and so on? Determine what the weight gain will be between now and then. Explain what you think you could do to protect yourself.3. Use your health literacy skills and research information about weight loss drug regimens. Create a table of drug products, how they are designed to work, and their advantages, disadvantages, and costs. Summarize what you find and compare the use of drug regimens to a no- or low-cost program of sensible eating and exercise.4. Search the Internet for weight management Web sites that may be useful to your weight management program or one you may want to recommend to a family member or friend. Be sure that the sites are reliable and valid and that they present information from reliable professional sources. Make a list of the sites and their URLs.5. Use the Internet to find creative suggestions for weight management or create some of your own that may be helpful in your own program or recommendations you can give to others. An example might be the following: as a convenience, prepare healthy low-fat or low-calorie snacks ahead of time and keep them readily available.
