You are a resident of Hollywood, CA in the mid-1950s. Your neighbor, an actor in several feature films, has been accused of being a communist by the House Un-American Activities Committee. They have asked you to be a witness in the case, and have requested an affidavit (a legal statement) for the case. You may choose whether or not to support HUAC’s position and provide evidence that s/he is a communist or you may come to their defense.
