  examine a case study that demonstrates how an organization’s culture can affect the implementation of information technology as well as its ongoing management. This case provides an opportunity to analyze factors that influence the success and failure of information technology implementation in real-world context. You will submit Part 1 of this case analysis report this week and Part 2 in Week 8.
