HR associations Paper details: Assume you are an HR Director with a staff of seven people. A departmental objective is for all staff members to become professionally certified within a year. Using Internet resources of HR associations, such as www.shrm.org, www.worldatwork.org, www.hrci.org and develop a table which identifies four to six certifications that could be obtained by your staff members, and show the nature of the certification process. In other words, how would one go about obtaining the certification? After you have completed your table, include a summary describing how you could include your knowledge of these certifications in a job interview. Your table should include the following information: • Name of Sponsoring Organization • Name of Certification • Web-Site Address • Experience and Education Requirements and Nature of Certification Process.
