      For your initial post, considering human behavior leadership theories (Coercive, Authoritative, Affiliative, Democratic, Pacesetting, and Coaching), and think of the best leader you have ever worked with on a job, in sports, or in any other activity. Then, think of the worst leader. With these examples in mind, answer the following prompts: Discuss the contrasting styles and skills used by the two leaders. Explain the relevant human behavior theories. How did you respond to each leadership style? What could the leaders have done differently in their approach to leadership?
