You have been invited to deliver a "Last Lecture" to a group of seniors from St. John's University who are seeking jobs in human resource departments. You have decided to begin your lecture discussing an continuing human resource issue that you have witnessed throughout your career. You plan you introduction by: 1. Explain why it is important from a human resource standpoint. 4. Relate the incident to the issue you wish to discuss. 5. Give the background of the issue. 6.
