Human Resource Management of Change Management Order Description Human Resource Management: CRITICAL EVALUATION of Change Management The purpose of this paper is to critically evaluate the ‘state of play’ for an HR function (or activity). Drawing on the course content and the articles examined in your Literature Review (copy attached), the critical evaluation will include: • Brief overview of a selected HR function and identification of the key issues (15%) • Critical evaluation of 2 to 3 of these issues – in depth analysis, interpretation and synthesis of the research evidence (50%) • Discussion of the implications of the evaluation for the practice of HR – how are these issues best managed in the workplace (25%) • Overall conclusion/s and future directions for research on these issues (10%) The paper must incorporate a minimum of 10 academic, peer reviewed journal articles from the Literature Review (copy attached).
