          Your HR Manager wants to promote a high performance culture and improve communications with line managers in your organisation. To contribute to this he/she has given you two tasks:1. To create a new internal blog, in approximately 1,000 words, that will be available for Managers via the Internet. This is intended to have two key purposes: firstly, to engage Line Managers in supporting organisational values, and secondly to explain how high performance working can contribute to improved organisational performance. You are required to: Write the first draft of the introductory page to the blog that will create enthusiasm and commitment to the two key intended purposes. Propose a strategy to evaluate the effectiveness of this online facility.
