          The average CPU utilization of a quad-processor system is only 25%; yet the utilization of one of the processors is 100%, while the other three processors are idle: 1. Discuss your thoughts on what you think the response time will be and why. 2. Describe any suspicions you have about the system architecture. 3. Explain what information you will try to find out about the executing processes to determine performance.
