Discussion 4-2: Project Design Implementation Plan
Discuss the major components of a project design plan.
Utilize the chapters in the textbooks as one resource (the required and suggested articles for this entire course may also be of help).
Utilize the frameworks, theories, and models covered in the previous modules, when determining what is needed in a project design plan.
At a minimum, your discussion should include the scope of a project, analysis of the project outcomes, evaluation of the implementation and outcomes,
cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
Remember, you also have to plan how a project is structured, and the roles of the individuals involved.
Based on the frameworks, theories, and models selected, this may help you determine what is needed.
For this discussion, please draft a brief design plan based on the individual frameworks, theories, and models that you have chosen.
