Improving Cuba’s economy

A group of seasoned economic advisors has been hired as a consulting group by Cuba. Cuba is seeking your advice to improve the lives of the citizens of the country. Write a set of recommendations to assist Cuba to put in on a road of growth that will eventually allow it to become as successful as the more economically
successful country that you selected. Your assignment, as an economic and country growth advisor,
is to recommend what Cuba should change to encourage a stronger rate of economic growth
for its citizens. Be sure to address tax issues, private property rights, trade, banking, free flow
of information, rule of law, institutional stability, equity and equality, and the importance of a strong
educational system.
