Topic: Innovation Order Description You are required to submit a 3300-word report proposing an innovation. This may be a product, service, organisational process or marketing innovation. The report should identify the innovation’s type and characteristics by reference to the literature and other examples. It should include analysis of the forces driving the innovation dynamics in the sector or sectors where it would be introduced Finally it should include discussion of the likely organisation that would launch the innovation and the management approaches and techniques that may be used to stimulate, develop, apply or commercialise the innovation showing whom would benefit. Marks will be awarded for original thoughts on how the innovation could be improved and re-launched in future.
