Wrіtе 2 reflection journаl Interim reflection journal and Final Reflection journal each writing (500) words using Gibbs Model 2. You are required to identify a clinical event/situation that you have encountered during your рlacement. ? 3. Use a recognised model of reflection to reflect on the clinical event/situation you experienced during your placement for this unit. The critical reflection can be related to a positive or negative clinical event/situation, but it does need to be something that challenges your thinking about nursing and/or patient care. ? 4. Analyse the clinical event/situation, linking it with your experience, practice, and theory presented. ? 5. In addition, your critical reflection should show evidence of: ? your level and understanding of knowledge relating to the clinical event/situation how the clinical event/situation has increased your understanding of the role and scope of practice of the registered nurse in Australia 6. where you believe you need further development and/or learning During your placement, you will be required to submit two (2) critical reflection entries via the Journal tool on LearnLine. Journal entries are to be submitted at the Interim and Final assessment phase of your placement.   Length: Maximum 500 words per interim and final reflection (1000 words in total) Referencing: Give the full reference of the model of reflection utilised. I was on my placement in Medical Surgical ward 3c in the royal Alfred hospital ,during the placement I was caring for the day 3 post-operative care of a radical hysterectomy patient ,and my preceptor nurse was attending the other patient the doctor came and he asked me to remove the Indwelling Urinary Catheter (IDC).i have told my preceptor and she ask me if I know the procedure I said yes and then she says ok she can supervise me helping ,and have asked me to make the preparation for the removal ,I follow all the instruction and we went to bed side ,ask the consent of the patient and inform the patient about the procedure ,but then my preceptor asked me where is the order of the removal I sad the doctor have him self notify me just to remove it now she says no we need to see the order we search the doctors order but cant find then we called the doctor and he says yes he have aksed me to remove the cathert but then I have to wxpalin it to tdoctor that we cant do it without your orders in written and your signature because without that the order is invalid,the doctor have accepted his fault and said he will be their in 5 minuts to provide a wrrtien order and he is sorry for that. So this is the story and you have to make up using the Gibbs' reflective cycle involves 6 steps.
